RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK TASKS
• To gain product knowledge and understanding of all products
• To ensure visibility of product where applicable, serve must be customer facing
• To know recommended serve and to ensure this knowledge is communicated to the team
• To encourage premium upsell
• To keep abreast of industry trends and consumer buying behaviours
• Responsible for product placement in all bars – front of house and function bars

COMMUNICATION
• Quarterly meeting with unit drink ambassadors and key unit personnel
• Staff briefing on activities, new lists, new products and incentives
• Monitoring of any activity, updates & incentives

DRINKS
• Responsible for all drink categories:
• Soft, PPS/PPL, Draught, Spirits, Craft,
• Cocktails, Hoptails & Innovation
• Menu/Drinks List creation
• Seasonal drinks/coffees/category cocktail lists
•To ensure new brand introductions are priced/promoted & available in specified units
• Build relationships with key drinks brand owners in association with Marketing & Purchasing Director
• Carry out on the job/spot drinks training and implementation and correction of drinks standards to bar staff
• Provide cheat sheets with cocktail menus, seasonal cocktails, new products, key brands
• To ensure cheat sheets are adhered to, visible and in adequate quantity to staff
• To ensure set up and closing down procedures are adhered to in line with GM instructions
• Responsible for line checks with GM instruction
