The Role:
• Co-ordinating all forthcoming events and functions whilst leading the banqueting team to ensure high levels of service and guest satisfaction.
•Managing and responding to customer enquiries.
• Guiding clients by making suggestions regarding all aspects of event to ensure all guests expectations are met and profitable margins are in place.
• Completing final event delivery checks.
• Driving sales and being actively involved in Company promotions.
• Controlling budgets and costs & meeting Sales targets.
• Complying with company, Legal and Statutory H & S regulations.

As the ideal Conference & Banqueting Manager you must have:
• A minimum of 2 years previous C & B Management experience within a similar business.
• Have previous experience of meeting key financial targets and controlling costs including payroll.
• Be able to develop a high performing team to meet current and future business challenges..
• Great time keeping and reliability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Be an effective coach who has the ability to train and develop the team on day to day and longer term issues.
• Be a champion of excellent service within the hospitality industry.
