FAQ'S

Q. I Have Booked My Event which takes place in July, August or September. Will it go ahead?

At this stage, we do not anticipate being allowed to reopen until some point July or August. But it isn’t guaranteed.

Q. If you cannot guarantee that My Event will go ahead in July or August can I postpone or cancel?

As we cannot guarantee that we will be allowed to reopen until some point July or August, you can change the date of your event without penalty and will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.

In the event of full cancellation, then we will retain a cancellation fee of £400.

Q. If you cannot guarantee that My Event will go ahead in September, can I postpone or cancel?

As we anticipate being allowed to reopen by September (although not guaranteed)

you can change the date of your event without penalty and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. Your deposit and payments will be transferred to an alternative date.

Q. When will I receive my refund?

If your event has been affected by the Coronavirus Lockdown and you are eligible for a refund, these will be processed when we are allowed to reopen and it is safe for our staff to return to work. 

Q. I Have Booked My Event which takes place from October, November or December. I Want To Know What Happens If I Want To Cancel?

We want you to be entirely comfortable of your chosen date. We will work with you to find a suitable date from 2021 onwards. Your deposit and payments will be transferred to an alternative date.

Q. If I choose to move the date of my Event and Lisini don’t have Another Suitable Date within the Year?

We will be as flexible as possible and will deal with each booking case by case. 

Q. I originally booked for April, May or June 2020. Because of the lockdown, Lisini worked with me to find an alternative date later in the year. I now wish to cancel. Will I lose my deposit?

You will have been previously advised that you can change the date of your event without penalty and worked with you to find a suitable alternative date. Your deposit and payments would have been transferred to an alternative date.

Q. I have booked my Event, which will take place within Phase 3 or 4. What will my Table Plan look like?

We are unsure when Phase 3 or Phase 4 will begin, at this time. Lisini will follow all recommended guidelines. These have not been published as yet, but it is likely that they will include, “social distancing” measures.

 

Phase 3 states that People can meet in extended groups subject to physical distancing.

Phase 4 states that Mass gatherings could resume in line with public health advice.

 

It would appear likely that Events in Phase 3, and perhaps Phase 4 that consideration and spacing out of guests is likely

Q. I have booked my Event, which will take place within Phase 3 or 4. Will we be safe?

Lisini will follow all recommended guidelines. These include, and are not limited to with regards to “social distancing” measures, dedicated cleaning procedures at all touch points and a flow of traffic to observe.

We cannot control the acts of your guests.

Q. Will Vouchers Be Extended?

Vouchers due to expire on 31st March will be extended to 30th September.

Q. Is the Dalziel Park Golf Course Open?

Golf Clubs are allowed to open as per Phase 1 of the Government Guidelines. We reopen on 29th May. Our club guidelines for playing can be found here

 

Memberships run from 1st April 2020 and have been extended to 31st May 2021 and can be purchased via our website, or by telephoning 01698 863900. Members can book a tee off time on the BRS system………..

We also offer a pay per Play facility Please be aware that members take priority in booking times.

Q. I Have Booked My Event and it has been cancelled. Am I liable For The Cost Of The DJ, Cake Etc...?

 In the event of cancellation any other associated costs, (Arranged by the customer), LISINI are not liable and as per our terms & conditions.
