All gifts purchased through are sent to our customers through 1st Class Signed For delivery via Royal Mail. No refunds are offered on purchases made through the online store.

In the event that your purchase gets lost in the post, we will first make contact with Royal Mail on your behalf using the original tracking number. If your order has been lost we will cancel your order immediately and reissue to the original address as per the original order.
