REPORTS TO: The Croft General Manager

SALARY: Hourly pay (over 18s)

HOURS: Minimum 10 hours a week

What Your Role will involve:
• Take and serve customers food and drink orders 
• Serve customers in a timely and courteous manner, showing good customer service in all situations 
• Acknowledge customers with a warm and welcoming approach  
• Keep an accurate record of food and drinks in the till system and facilitate payments via card or cash systems 
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene 
• Removal of crockery and glassware and resetting of tables in-between customers  
• Always make yourself available to customers, nothing is too much trouble 
• Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner 

What we are looking for:
• Being passionate about delivering the highest levels of service – nothing is too much trouble for you.
• Being an excellent team player who has a positive attitude with natural warmth and charm.
• Effective Food & Beverage service.
• Complying with company, Legal and Statutory H&S regulations.

As the ideal Bar and Restaurant Team Member you must have:
• Knowledge of working in catering/restaurant environment would be beneficial but not essential.
• Great organisational and people skills.
• Great time keeping and reliability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Be a champion of excellent service within the hospitality industry.
