DALZIEL PARK HOTEL
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Porter at Dalziel Park Hotel, Motherwell!
Dalziel Park Hotel and Golf Club is located in 250 acres of stunning woodlands on the outskirts of Motherwell. The hotel consists of 14 bedrooms, 9-hole golf course, the Wide Mouth Frog Restaurant and bar & brasserie.
THE ROLE
As Night porter you will be responsible for maintaining the security of Dalziel Park Hotel at all times and will take appropriate action to ensure the health and safety of guests, staff and visitors to the hotel during the night. This position would be suited to an individual who has previous experience as a Night Porter within a hotel environment and has the ability for lone working.
Night Porter duties will include:
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the night
• Carry out security checks to maintain the security of the premises
• Conduct check in and check out where necessary and manage all enquires promptly and efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel at all times during shift.
• Responsible for cleaning public areas – reception, toilets, bar, restaurant and back of house areas.

Hours will be 23:00 till 08:00 4 nights a week Thursday-Sunday
